US 'ready and prepared' to help North Korea in combating coronavirus
The United States promised to support and encourage the aid work in North Korea to “counter and contain” spread of novel coronavirus, COVID-19, in the region.

Citing rth’s vulnerability to dely virus, State Department spokesperson Morgan Orgatus, in a statement, said that US “strongly support” and “encour” work of national and international health organisations to combat coronavirus.
“ United States is rey and prepared to expeditiously facilitate approval of assistance from se organizations,” said Orgatus.

WHO on coronavirus
World Health Organisation (WHO) has claimed that sharp rise in number of cases did t represent any kind of trajectory shift in epidemic but was because of a change in counting methods. Speaking at a press conference in Geneva, Michael Ryan, he of WHO's health emergencies programme, said that increase in number of cases is due to a change in how cases are being reported.

Meanwhile, WHO has been frequently releasing situation report on COVID-19 and have found increasing evidence that established a link between vel coronavirus and or similar kwn coronaviruses. Referring to Rhilophus bat sub-species, WHO said that y are abundant and widely present in Sourn China, and across Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe.
