U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams stopped at a Chicago hospital on Tuesday to observe the rollout of COVID-19 vaccines in the state. The office of the state's Governor J.B. Pritzker's has said that Illinois expects about 234,450 vaccine doses this week. Adams, who got his shot last week, commented that the amount of reported reactions to coronavirus vaccinations is about what would be expected for any vaccine.
