The passengers of the Nashville International Airport were left stunned as she found a Southwest Airlines flight attendant in the overhead compartment when she opened it to keep her luggage there. The video of the incident has also gone viral and shows a passenger appear startled when she turned her head and saw a flight attendant in the bin. 

According to reports, the flight attendant was talking to passengers from the bin and later she got back to work as usual. It is unknown what exactly was the flight attendant was doing in the cabin. The flight was taking off from Nashville International Airport.

Netizens amused!

Meanwhile, netizens have found this act amusing, a user said that this is the perfect start for a trip.

Another user suggested the flight attendant must be sleepy, and hence boarded the cabin 

Another user commented that she must have been tired and had no time or place to rest

Meanwhile, Southwest airline has released a statement into the incident saying, "Southwest Employees are known for demonstrating their sense of humour and unique personalities. In this instance, one of our Flight Attendants attempted to have a brief moment of fun with Customers during boarding. Of course, this is not our normal procedure, and Southwest Crews always maintain Safety as their top priority."
