While talking to an international media outlet, wedding photographer, Karna Roa, said that couple h been planning ir wedding for past one year and most of ir guests h traveled from out of state for ceremony.

With concerned officials ordering mass evacuations of about 185000 people, a few of wedding guests h to flee accommodation in which y were staying to attend wedding. Also, conditions at venue got so b that events of ceremony h to be shifted inside but wedding went on as planned as Katie and Curtis held ceremony outside despite hazardous conditions.

Karna said that while she was taking pictures of couple in vineyard, y thought of getting a few pictures ed with protective masks that are being used by a lot of people to protect mselves from breathing in toxic air. photographer furr ded that as soon as wedding couple put on masks, she was reminded of American Gothic painting.

Hope to make people aware
Roa stated that wedding was a success but it was a different experience altoger as it took place in midst of raging wildfires. photographer hoped that picture will make people aware of dire conditions in California and understand large scale suffering that people are going through.

Kince fire incident
According to reports, winds again picked up speed in furr rth of Soma County as more than 4000 firefighters are fighting to curb Kince fire that has prompted mass evacuations and long power outs. This led to Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) to initiate blackouts in rrn and central parts of state in order to reduce risk of fire.
