US President Joe Biden stamped his authority on first day at White House by telling his new staff members that he would terminate m if he found m thrashing one ar. Biden has pledged to restore dignity to US government. On January 20, he me it explicitly clear to his staff that he wanted to break with toxic environment that perved West Wing during previous ministration and he wanted m to be governed by collegiality and respect.
During a televised swearing-in officials ceremony, Biden said, “If you’re ever working with me and I hear you treating ar colleague with disrespect, talking down to someone, I will fire you on spot”.

US President swore in nearly 1,000 federal appointees and staff in a virtual ceremony in State Dinning Room at White House. He spoke from behind a lectern, while appointees appeared at event via video streams. President also told group that "we have such an awful lot to do" and said that containing pandemic and ministering coronavirus vaccines will be "most consequential logistical thing that's ever been done in United States.”

Biden and Harris’ inauguration
Meanwhile, Joe Biden, 46th President of United States and Kamala Harris, first woman vice president were inaugurated at US Capitol on January 20. Biden’s ministration has taken over White House with ambitious goals to achieve in very first days. Harris was sworn in by Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Biden by Chief Supreme Court Justice John Roberts.
Following inaugural ceremony, Biden sent his first tweet after taking oath and ted that 're's time to waste'. He t only informed that he will be heing to Oval Office on Wednesday but also said that he will deliver 'bold' actions for instant relief for Americans. In first speech, officially as president, Biden said that Inauguration Day was a celebration of democracy and that " will of people has been heard." He ted challenges ahe of his ministration and even thanked his predecessors of both parties.
