‘Women can take off clothes, not put on?’: Imran Khan’s sexism at UNGA
Imran Khan, in his address at the 74th UNGA, made a sexist remark against women. He said, "a woman can take off clothes but she can't put on more clothes"

In his dress at United Nations General Assembly, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan me a sexist remark against women. Speaking about Islamophobia's growth at an alarming rate in U.S following 9/11 attacks, he said, "Islamophobia is creating divisions, hijab is becoming a weapon; a woman can take off clos but she can't put on more clos. It started after 9/11 and it started because certain western leers equated Islam with terrorism."
At 74th UN General Assembly, along with this remark, Imran Khan in a 45-minute lengthy speech, extensively complained about India, mitted to Pakistan's backing for Mujahideen, country's shaky ecomy and he retaliated to US President Donald Trump's 'rical Islamic terror' remark.

Pakistan asks for funding
During his dress at UN General Assembly at international forum, Imran Khan, speaking of climate change, asked for fundings from world leers by stating that y have 'lot of ideas,' however, money to execute it. He said, "First let me talk about climate change, I have seen a lot of leers talk about this. But I don’t see world leers really realising urgency of situation. We have a lot of ideas, but as y say, ideas without funding is a mere hallucination."

A threat of a 'Pulwama-like' attack
Despite Pakistan-based Masood Azhar's Jaish-e-Mohammed claimed responsibility to Pulwama terror attack perpetrated on February 14, Imran Khan said that he 'feared ar Pulwama incident' for India's 'cruelty' in Kashmir. He said, "We fear ar Pulwama incident. And for that, India will again blame Pakistan. Why would we ever want to disrupt peace? But it’s because re is or narrative left for India. re will be ar Pulwama incident because of ir own cruelty in Kashmir, y will blame us and try to bomb us again."

MEA slams Khan's UNGA speech
Slamming Pakistan PM Imran Khan's speech at 74th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), MEA spokesperson Raveesh Kumar, on Friday, tweeted a map of Pakistan listing number of times Khan mentioned certain terms in his speech. MEA compared PM Modi's many engments in US progressing India's development to Imran Khan's Islam-terror centric speech. MEA stated that Pakistan does t feel re is life beyond jingoism of nuclear war, jih, encouraging terrorism, warmongering, falsehood, deceit. MEA also condemned Khan's misuse of a global platform.
