Wuhan forgets COVID woes; flaunts massive water park party with no social distancing
Just as Wuhan was limping back to normalcy after the wrath of COVID-19, thousands of people on the weekend flooded the city's water park with no social distance

As world grapples with Covid-19 pandemic and its consequential 'new rmal', China's Wuhan, origin of dely virus, seems to have forgotten too soon woes that pandemic has inflicted on world.
Just as city of Wuhan limped back to rmalcy after wrath of COVID-19, thousands of partyholics on this weekend flooded city's water park with sign of social distancing or facemasks. AFP News ncy report stated popular Wuhan Maya Beach Water Park was packed with people in swimsuits and googles to have fun at electronic music festival held at water park.

According to report, Wuhan came out of lockdown after 76 days with strict instruction to control surge of virus followed by water park's reopening in June. ims widely circulated across social media portray people enjoying pool party as if thing happened in past eight month months.

50% capacity?
AFP cited Chinese media saying capacity was capped at 50 percent by park. However, visuals circulated across internet show a different picture altoger. water park seemed to be packed with full capacity, especially at a time when entire world is following COVID-19 protocols such as social distancing, avoiding social garings, compulsorily wearing face masks, among many or protocols for virus that originated from same city which was seen partying.

Meanwhile, world continues to suffer pandemic tally of which has risen to 21,549,706 confirmed cases globally with a death toll of 767,158, according to World Health Organization. Countries are still struggling to develop a vaccine to counter virus with several countries such as US, UK, India have come toger in race for vaccine, while days ago Russia me anuncement of having developed a vaccine for virus. India, however, has three candidates in race for vaccine.
