The records of ‘Baahubali’ are still intact, and many believe only SS Rajamouli can beat himself with ‘RRR’. The filmmaker is gearing up for another lavish period drama, and the addition of Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn had raised the buzz further. When the movie is tipped to be among the biggest Indian films in recent times, actors would be envious of the already cast names and most of them would dream of being a part of it in any capacity. However, British actress Daisy Edgar Jones, who was finalised as one of the leads, did the ‘unthinkable’, so to say, by quitting the project due to ‘family circumstances’. The actress, however, didn’t receive the most pleasant comments on Instagram, and many even unfollowed her post her exit and wrote to her about she missing a 'golden chance.'

The makers on Friday had announced that ‘due to unavoidable circumstances’, Daisy is no longer a part of the movie while wishing her the best for her future.
The actress also informed on Instagram that due to ‘family circumstances’, she would be unable to work on the ‘wonderful film’. She added that the script is brilliant and her character is great. Daisy hoped her replacement gets a warm welcome like her and also wished the team the best.

According to reports, Daisy has seen sharp increase in her Instagram followers ever since she was announced as the lead of the movie. Most of them were Jr NTR fans, as she was to be paired opposite the Tollywood star.
However, as soon as she announced her decision, some of them commented that they were unfollowing her. Many wrote to her that she was missing out on a ‘prestigious’, ‘breakthrough’ film and the chance to work with ‘Young Tiger Jr NTR’. A few of them even call it a ‘bad decision’ and that she will ‘regret’ it. One even explained to her the honour of being selected by ‘Baahubali’ filmmaker for a movie, and to even reconsider her decision to quit.

Some netizens even came out in support of Daisy, writing that unfollowing her was unfair and that family comes first. Some of them conveyed their best wishes for her future endeavours.
It’d be interesting to see who replaces Daisy, would be it an actor from abroad or a foreigner who’s already worked in Bollywood films?
