Lucknow University PhD admission begins for 898 seats, here's how to apply

Lucknow University has announced applications for admission to 898 PhD seats across 39 subjects for the academic session 2023-24.

Lucknow University has announced applications for admission to 898 PhD seats across 39 subjects for the academic session 2023-24. The highest number of PhD seats, totaling 93, is available in Hindi, followed by physics (78), education (64), commerce (53), and other disciplines. Admission to PhD seats in Lucknow University and its affiliated colleges will be determined through entrance tests. Candidates can submit their applications online by visiting www.lkouniv.ac.in.

Additionally, the university has invited applications for 58 part-time PhD seats. The deadline for filling out online application forms is January 22.

Candidates need to complete the Lucknow University Registration Number (LURN) registration process before initiating the admission form. Candidates are advised to carefully read all instructions before proceeding to fill the form. Moreover, candidates must have a scanned photograph (50 Kb) and a scanned signature (50 Kb) available. If candidates wish to avail reservation benefits, they should upload a scanned copy of the applicable certificate.
