JEE Advanced AAT Results 2024 To Be Out Today; Here's How To Download Scorecard

The Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) is set to declare the results for the Joint Entrance Examination- Advanced Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) today. The JEE Advanced AAT 2024 result link will be available on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in, at 5 pm. Candidates who have taken the exam and are seeking admission into the BArch programmes at IIT (BHU) Varanasi, IIT Kharagpur, and IIT Roorkee must pass this test to qualify.

Examination Details

The JEE Advanced AAT exam was conducted on June 12 from 9 am to 12 noon. Candidates who qualify for this exam must also meet the 75% criteria in their Class 12 board examinations to be eligible for BArch admissions.

Cut-off and Admission Criteria

The cut-off marks for passing the AAT will be determined by the Joint Implementation Committee of JEE Advanced 2024. Candidates must score above this cut-off to pass. Importantly, there will be no separate ranking in the AAT; seat allotment will be based on the category-wise All India Rank (AIR) in the JEE Advanced 2024. Only those who qualify will be considered for admission to the BArch programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission, candidates must:

• Have studied physics, chemistry, and mathematics as compulsory subjects in Class 12 or equivalent.
• Have passed the Class 12 board exam with a minimum of five subjects and secured at least 75% aggregate marks (65% for SC, ST, and PwD candidates).
• Be within the category-wise top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective boards.

3. Enter login details: A new page will open where candidates must enter their JEE Advanced registration number and password.

5. Download and print: Check the result, download the page, and keep a hard copy for further reference.

Background and Statistics

The JEE Advanced 2024 results were announced on June 9, 2024. This year, a total of 1,80,200 candidates appeared for the exam, with 48,248 qualifying for IIT admissions counseling. Among the qualified candidates, 7,964 are female. Ved Lahoti topped the JEE Advanced 2024 with an impressive score of 355 out of 360, securing 98.61 percent.
