The Delhi chief minister has alleged that Pakistan and its leader Imran Khan are 'openly' backing PM Modi to be India's Prime Minister again, on top of that stated that Modi has a 'secret pact' with them. In a disgraceful tweet, AAP chief further professed that was Pulwama attack that martyred 40 CRPF Jawans, was an attempt of Pakistan to back PM Modi for electoral gains.
