Who Is Kulwinder Kaur?Constable Kulwinder Kaur hails from Sultanpur Lodhi in Punjab and has been serving at Chandigarh Airport for the past two years. She is married to another CISF personnel, and together they have two children. Her brother, Sher Singh, is a prominent figure, holding the position of organization secretary of the Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Committee, reflecting the family's close ties to the agricultural community in Punjab.What Happened at Chandigarh Airport?The incident occurred at the Security Hold Area (SHA) during a security check when Kangana Ranaut was attended to by CISF constable Kulwinder Kaur. Following the frisking process, a verbal altercation broke out, leading to Kaur slapping Ranaut. Kaur later explained that she was provoked by derogatory remarks Ranaut had made about Punjabi women during the farmers' agitation against the three farm laws.Kangana Ranaut has announced her intention to file a complaint with the Home Ministry in Delhi. Despite the incident, she boarded her flight, which departed at 4:10 PM.
