It’s hard to see three superstars come together in one frame in India, but such a scene took place in Sanya, China recently where Aamir Khan, Jackie Chan and Johnny Depp were seen on the stage.

It’s hard to see three superstars come together in one frame in India, but such a scene took place in Sanya, China recently where Aamir Khan, Jackie Chan and Johnny Depp were seen on the stage. The occasion was the inaugural Hainan International Film Festival, currently underway, that brought the three stars together.

We see the trio posing together along with French actor Juliette Binoche, Bond villain Mads Mikkelsen and Turkish actor-director Nuri Bilge Ceylan. Aamir is seen making an announcement on the stage alongside Jackie and he also shared a brief chat with Johnny on the stage. For the uninitiated, the reason why Aamir has landed in China is his humongous popularity in the country. His films like ‘Dangal’ and ‘Secret Superstar’ have done massive business, the former going on to earn more than Rs 1000 crore and the latter crossing the Rs 750 crore-mark, numbers that even many Hollywood films have not been able to match up. He is now set to release his most recent ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ in the country on 28 December.
