Free Tibet Flags in Rockstar

The filming for Rockstar’s song, Sadda Haq, was shot in Tibet near the Norbulingka Monastery. During the filming, some actors in the backdrop of the song were seen waving the Tibet flag. The shot was then added to the film which sparked controversy with the censor board of India, who wanted the flags to be censored out from the film. However, the Tibetans who were sympathetic to protested against the censor board for recommending the removal of the flag.

Ranbir’s unstable love life

Ranbir Kapoor time and again has been slammed by several of his ex-girlfriends throughout the span of his career. He was also accused of infidelity, to which he later commented on saying, “Yes, I have, out of immaturity out of inexperience, out of taking advantage of certain temptations, out of callousness. You realise it now when you grow up and you value it more. Why be in a relationship? Why be committed to someone when you can’t be committed?.” During an episode of Koffee with Karan, Sonam Kapoor who once dated Ranbir, said, “Ranbir is a great friend but I don’t know if he’s a great boyfriend. Honestly speaking. He’s a really nice guy. He’s got family values, and He’s really respectful. I’ve known Ranbir all my life. But as a boyfriend, I don’t know. She (Referring Deepika) did a great job hanging around that long.” Ranbir later commented on Sonam and called her a 'drama queen'.

Ranbir and Govinda

Veteran actor Govinda was supposed to be a part of the cast for Jagga Jasoos. Govinda’s look in the movie was also leaked online, but later he was eliminated from the movie. This mired the film into a controversy as fans, as well as Govinda, hit out against the filmmakers for removing him. Reports suggest that Ranbir Kapoor later apologised to Govinda.

Salman Khan’s alleged dislike for Ranbir

It was rumoured that Salman and Ranbir had a rivalry since Ranbir at one point was dating Salman’s ex-girlfriend, Katrina Kaif. Reports suggest that the two actors have avoided each other and were not even in talking terms. Speculations were rife that the two confronted each other before Kapoor even started his career.

Katrina’s relationship with Ranbir

Fan speculations concluded that Ranbir and Katrina were dating. But both the actors denied these rumours and said that they did not have any romantic connections. However, these rumours were later proven to be true as a  picture of the two actors made its way online that clearly showed them together on a vacation in Ibiza. After it went viral, Ranbir commented on how he was deeply disturbed by the breach of their privacy.
