Ajay, Akshay and Ranveer: Here's how Sooryavanshi is rising

Rohit Shetty is all set to release another cop movie next year. There are rumours that this movie, Sooryavanshi, might be a merger of all his previous three cop movies. The first cop movie was Singham, starring Ajay Devgn. The next movie was Simba, which starred Ranveer Singh.

Akshay, Ranveer and Ajay in Sooryavanshi

Sooryavanshi stars Akshay Kumar in the lead. After giving several hits together, Katrina Kaif will be pairing up with Akshay Kumar once again for this film. Rohit Shetty, who is known to make action-packed comedy films, will be directing the film. Akshay Kumar was last seen as a cop in Khiladi 786, which was a romantic-comedy film. The promotions of the film began back when Simmba was in theatres. Ranveer Singh played the role of a cop in Simmba and Akshay did a cameo as Soryavanshi in the climax of the film.

Rohit Shetty began this cop mania back in 2011 when he released Singham. Ajay Devgn played the role of a cop in the film who fights against injustice when he crosses his path with a corrupt politician. The next movie, Singham Returns, was released three years later. The movie starred Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor in the lead. In this movie, Ajay's character comes across a god-man and finds out that he has been charged under murder. He investigates further to find out the truth.

After Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh entered the club, wherein he played the role of a cop, Sangram Bhalerao in Simmba. His character in the movie was that of a corrupt policeman whose life takes unusual turns because of a devastating incident. Akshay Kumar is the latest entry in Rohit Setty's cop franchise with Sooryavanshi. The movie is set to be released on March 27, 2020.

The film has already created a lot of excitement amongst the netizens as the last three films were action-packed and blockbusters. They are expecting this one to be a blockbuster too. All three stars in this club took to Twitter to share this news. They tweeted the release date of Sooryavanshi on their official handle. Within minutes of this announcement, many fans retweeted and expressed their excitement for this movie. This movie, produced by Karan Johar, will be a Mega Cop Universe blockbuster movie. The movie will be shot in Hyderabad at the Ramoji Film city. The movie is expected to be one of the biggest blockbusters of next year.
