Akshay Kumar collaborates with B Praak for his music video debut

Bollywood actor, Akshay Kumar is known for his versatility and his habit of surprising his fans with new content. From hosting Khatro Ke Khiladi to walking the ramp on fire, the actor never fails to impress netizens. Recently, there have been reports that Akshay Kumar will feature in a music video called Filhal. The track is reported to be a romantic one.

Riding on the success of his recent release, Housefull 4, Akshay Kumar is all set to make his debut music video. According to reports, he will be collaborating with well-known Punjabi singer, B Praak. The popular Punjabi artist, Jaani is said to have written the lyrics for the song. While this might be Akshay Kumar’s first music video, it is reportedly his second collaboration with B Praak. The singer had lent his voice in the song Teri Mitti from Akshay’s earlier release Kesari. The music was a tribute to the soldiers of the country and had patriotic vibes to it.

When asked by an entertainment portal about his collaboration with Jaani and B Praak, Akshay Kumar reportedly said that they are the “perfect combination of soulful voice and lyrics”. Akshay also reportedly added that he did not need much convincing because he was mighty impressed by B Praak’s work in Kesari. He had no qualms about working with the singer again.

The music video is also said to feature the Punjabi actor Ammy Virk and Kriti Sanon’s sister, Nupur. Well-known critic, Taran Adarsh had also shared the BTS pictures from the first day of the shoot on his social media. In the picture, the whole team was seen prepping up for the shoot in a college. Nupur also took to Instagram to share her experience of working with Akshay.

Akshay Kumar’s upcoming movies

Other than the music video, Akshay Kumar will next be seen in Good Newwz. The film will also cast Kareena Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani. Akshay also has Laxmmi Bomb lined up for release. The actor also his kitty full with Sooryavanshi, Mahila Mandali, Prithviraj, Ikka, Holiday 2: Bakshi Is Back and some more.
