Alia Bhatt cheers for Ayushmann Khurrana's 'Bala' as trailer drops
As the trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana's 'Bala' surfaced on Thursday, October 10, actress Alia Bhatt took to Twitter to hail the upcoming comedy-drama.
The much-anticipated trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana's Bala surfaced on Thursday, October 10, and the preview of the comedy-drama seems to have won the hearts of the viewers. Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt also joined the bandwagon to cheer for the Ayushmann Khurrana starrer. She shared the trailer on her official Twitter handle and called it 'superb'. She further revealed that she cannot wait for the film to hit the theaters.

The trailer of Bala promises yet another laughter riot. The film which deals with the quirky subject of premature balding showcases the plight of Ayiushmann Khurrana's character owing to the same. His character was named 'Bala' for his flowy hair, but then fate had different plans for him. He is being mocked by people, and dumped by his girlfriend for having sancty hair. He tries all possible means to resolve it, and even applies buffalo’s dung on his head to grow hair, unfortunately, nothing works. After some hilarious situations over his receding hairline, he gets a wig. But since that is only a temporary solution he finally decides to have a hair transplant.
In the film, Ayushmann Khurrana will be seen sharing screen space with his Vicky Donor co-star Yami Gautam and Dum Laga Ke Haisha co-star Bhumi Pednekar. Bala is helmed by Amar Kaushik and is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jio Studios. Bala will be releasing on November 22, 2019.

What's next for Ayushmann Khurrana
Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana has a niche of choosing out of the box films. After starting her career with Vicky Donor, the actor has continued to work on off-beat subjects breaking several social stereotypes. Bala is Ayushmann's third film this year after Article 15 and Dream Girl. Both films are lauded widely by the audience and critics for its unusual storyline.
Ayushmann Khurrana also has a couple of films in the pipeline for release including Gulabo Sitabo and, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan which are set for 2020 release.
What's next for Alia Bhatt
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt who last starred in Karan Johar's Kalank is now gearing up for the release of Sadak 2. The film directed by Alia Bhatt's father veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt will also star Pooja Bhatt, Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead. Moreover, Alia Bhatt will also star in Ayan Mukherji's Brahmastra where she will be featured alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan. Both the films are scheduled to release next year.
