Amjad Khan would have been celebrating his 79th birthday today on November 12, 2019 had he been alive. The actor is remembered for the dialogue “Kitne aadmi the? from his movie Sholay. Today also, this dialogue is one of the most iconic ones. His blockbuster performance overshadowed Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Jaya Bachchan, and others in the cast. Although he has performed in many movies and various roles the actor gained most popularity for his villain avatar primarily. Sholay

Sholay was were the Gabbar Singh character received more love than any other character. The film was directed by Ramesh Sippy and the cast of the movie also includes Amitabh, Dharmendra, Hema, and Jaya in various character roles. There is also one of the most iconic scenes in the movie where Gabbar had a belt in his hand and asked his fellow members that Kitne aadmi the? One of the fellow members of his gang replied 'Doh Aadmi". The scene continues where Gabbar keeps shouting athis fellow members sarcastically.
