To make quick money, he plans to loot ₹2.5 million with the help of his friend Ghafoor (Johnny Lever) and a police inspector. Later they run into a real cop and fall into trouble, so they run away to Mumbai with the loot.
After coming to Mumbai, Raja takes one look at Dr Neha (Juhi Chawla) and falls in love with her. Raja looks for Neha’s address and meets her as Raj Kumar, a man just returned from the US gain her trust. Later, Raja is warned by Ghafoor not to rush love, but he does not listen. This kick-starts the second phase of the movie where Bunnu (Govinda) enters the scene as the son of a rich businessman. Bunnu is sent to Dr Neha as a patient, and he also instantly falls in love with her.
The story follows both Bannu and Raja in pursuit of Neha while they try to kill each other by hiring hitmen. This makes the story more fun to watch. Both fail to kill each other and are still fighting to get Neha. Later, Neha calls both of them to the court with a garland and a gold ring where they think they are going to marry her. In a surprising turn of events, they find out that Neha is going to marry someone else. At that moment, Salman Khan (Prem) enters and both Raja and Bannu witness the marriage of Dr Neha with Prem.
