Anil Radhakrishna Menon & Bineesh Bastin fought at a college event

Director Anil Radhakrishna Menon refused to share the stage with actor Bineesh Bastin during an event. A video has been doing rounds on social media were Anil and Bineesh can be seen in a verbal spat. The whole incident has been documented by people who were present at the event. Here are more details about this refusal by the director.

Anil and Bineesh’s verbal spat at a college event

Malayalam film industry’s celebrated director Anil Radhakrishna Menon and Malayalam got into a verbal fight during their attendance at a college event. The whole fight started when Anil Menon allegedly asked the college authorities to not have Bineesh and him on the stage at the same time. Director Menon also wanted Bineesh to enter the stage only when the director bids farewell to it. The video that has been doing rounds on social media, Bineesh can be seen walking with the Principal of the college and the Principal can be seen telling Bineesh to not ruin the college event. The Principal of the college also threatened the actor by saying that he will call the police in case things escalate.

But as seen in the video, Bineesh responds to the threat by walking ahead of the Principal and paying heed to the threats made. Everyone present on the stage is shocked by Bastin’s behaviour including Menon as the actor sits down on the stage as a response to the entire situation. In the video, many people can be seen approaching the actor and requesting him to sit on the chair, Bineesh can be seen blatantly refusing the offer. After this refusal by director Anil Radhakrishna Menon, he left the event and after a couple of moments, Bineesh spoke about the incident at the event.

Bineesh Bastin was quoted saying in a media portal’s report that he faced an unfortunate event today after Anil Menon did not want to sit beside him at the event and share the stage with him. He further stated that this was the saddest day in his life and will remain the worst to date. The entire incident took place at a Government Medical College in Palakkad on Thursday.
