Ayushmann Khurrana is leaving no stone unturned to promote his forthcoming film, Bala. He is playing the role of a bald guy and the story has hilarious twists and turns which will leave the audience in splits. In the trailer, we got to see his character Bala trying out new things to regrow his lost hair while his friends and family trying to experiment with new ideas to make hide his baldness. The actor shared the first poster on his social media along with a quirky caption. He has raised the anticipation of whether Bala will get the love of his life in the movie. The movie Bala has been grabbing a lot of headlines right since its teaser came out. The actors have also been throwing the #Balathon challenge which has reportedly taken the internet by storm. The movie also has an uncanny resemblance to the Sunny Singh starrer Ujda Chaman. 

According to media reports, Bhumi's face was smeared with makeup to make her appear as a dark-complexion girl which was also criticized by some users. The movie is slated to release on November 7, 2019. The movie is directed by Amar Kaushik and will also feature Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam in prominent roles.
