Bhumi Pednekar debuted in Bollywood with her film Dum Laga Ke Haisha as Sandhya Verma. For the role, Pednekar had to gain several Kgs. The film was about the relationship between a timid healthy girl and an overly aspiring husband, and their relationship post an arranged marriage. Bhumi gained the required weight for the debut film and was successfully seen reducing the weight for her next Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. Bhumi Pednekar often shares her pilates and cardio stories on Instagram but there are some basics that Bhumi follows religiously.

According to Bhumi Pednekar's Instagram, exercise and fitness are not always difficult. Doing simple Hula Hoop exercises can also help. Backing Bhumi's tip, Mayo Clinic suggests that Hula Hoops are an easy way to burn calories. Similar to Bhumi one can also boost their cardiovascular fitness in a similar manner.

Eating right 

Along with pilates and fitness, one should eat right similar to Bhumi. According to Healthline reports, quinoa is a high producer of manganese, proteins, and nutrients. One should maintain the requirements of a fit body by giving it a proper balanced diet. Bhumi eats grilled chicken which is better than fried chicken.
