Bollywood is known for nurturing new talents but it also remains true to its veteran celebs. Here is a list of a few actors still working in the industry.

Bollywood not only opens its arms to newcomers but also has many opportunities for the veterans. Actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Jaya Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Naseeruddin Shah, Rishi Kapoor have roles written for them as well. Case in point the 102 Not Out movie was written keeping the Bollywood veterans in mind. Here are a few actors who are still working in the industry notwithstanding their ages.
List of Veteran Actors who continue to rule our hearts
Amitabh Bachchan
When it comes to the list of veteran actors who are still working, the first name that comes to mind is Amitabh Bachchan. The actor got his first major break with Zanjeer in 1973 and has not really stopped winning fans ever since. The star was recently seen in Sae Raa Narasimha Reddy and is currently hosting the 11th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati. Amitabh Bachchan has Brahmastra, Gulabo Sitabo, Jhund, and Chehre in the pipeline
Neena Gupta
National Award winner Neena Gupta has done some of the finest roles in Bollywood in recent times. Not only Bollywood but Gupta has delivered strong performances in television as well. Her television show Saans showed her actress prowess and so did her film Woh Chokri for which she won a National award. Her recent movie Badhaai Ho garnered a positive response from critics as well as the audience. Neena Gupta now has Sooryavanshi, Panga, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan in her kitty.
Dharmendra
Another actor turned politician; Dharmendra still rules the hearts of his fans. He made his Bollywood debut with Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere in 1960. The star also received the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award in 1997 for his contribution to the Hindi cinema. In recent times, the veteran actor was seen in the Yamla Pagla Deewana movie franchise, Singh Saab The Great. The star will be seen next in Khalli Balli which is set to be a horror-comedy.
Rishi Kapoor
The star first caught attention as a child actor when he made his debut in Raj Kapoor’s film Mera Naam Joker in 1970. He played his first prominent role as an adult in 1973 in Bobby opposite Dimple Kapadia. The star will be seen next in Toofan which is a sports drama set to release in 2020.
Anil Kapoor
Anil Kapoor has defied the laws of ageing and happily rules the hearts of all his fans even today. He made his Bollywood debut with Hamare Tumhare in 1979 playing a small role. He then went on to play the lead in a Telugu film in 1980 and also appeared in two more Hindi films the same year. The star is currently gearing up for his next Pagalpanti which is set to hit the screens on November 22.
