The fans of the popular sitcom 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' are in for some great news as their favourite character Dayaben is all set to return to the show to entertain the audiences. The popular character played by actress Disha Vakani, who was on a maternity break, was missing in the action since 2017. Vakani embraced motherhood when she gave birth to a baby girl in November last year and since then the actress was busy spending time with her newly born. And the show's loyal audiences seemed to have missed her whacky voice on 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'. But the wait is finally over, as Disha is expected to make her come back on the show in the next two months. While speaking to a Television portal, the show's producer Asit Kumarr Modi confirmed the news saying that Daya has been an integral part of the show and because of her maternity leave, she was given a break. Talks are now on about bringing Daya's character back in the show. Modi confirmed that the viewers can expect to see Daya return to their Television screens in two months.
Disha too seems to have been missing 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' and often took to Instagram to share throwback pictures from the show:
In fact a couple of months ago, Disha through her Instagram post informed her fans that the circumstances don't favour her return. In her Instagram post, Disha Vakani wrote, "Everyone is telling me to come back on the show especially you all peoples. I really missed the trkmoc . I likely to come on show. But circumstances doesn't favour this. ?? Thanks for understanding and supporting me ! Keep loving and watching Tarak Mehta ka ooltah chashmah . ?? #Dishadiloves #trkmoc."
Meanwhile, reports suggest that actor Nirmal Soni will be seen playing Dr.Hathi in 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' replacing late actor Kavi Kumar Azad who suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away on July 9 at the age of 45. In fact, actor Nirmal Soni previously played the same role and was replaced by Azad in 2009.
