Bhoot Part One - The Haunted Ship
Bhumi is known for her versatility as an actor and for choosing diverse scripts, and that is why she agreed to be the part of Vicky Kaushal starring Bhoot part one. Starting from Dum Laga Ke Haisha followed by Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, Lust Stories and Sonchiriya, Bhumi has always chosen different types of characters in films with an unconventional and unique storyline. The movie Bhoot Part One is the first movies planned in the two-part series. Bhumi commented “It’s a genre that I have not explored before, but I was quite thrilled to experiment with. As an actor, I love to experiment, love to take risks.” On September 5, Dharma productions posted the last roll-out of Bhoot – Part one on its Instagram handle. Bhoot Part one is directed by Bhanu Pratap Singh.
Does Bhumi Pednekar have only 7 Minutes Role in Vicky Kaushal-starrer Bhoot Part One?
Bhumi Pednekar has always proved herself as an actor by giving brilliant performances. However, it is speculated that in this movie, Bhumi will have less screen time. Sources say that “The makers of the movie Bhoot Part One wanted a female lead to come in for a cameo. Bhumi probably said yes to the film only because the part is something to experiment with, strong and it’s Dharma Productions." Reports suggest that Bhumi has just 7 minutes screentime in Bhoot Part One although Bhumi has not confirmed it yet.
Bhumi Pednekar's Upcoming movies
Bhumi Pednekar has a number of releases lined up this year. Her last appearance was in ‘Sonchiriya’, but the film failed to strike a chord with the audiences. Her next, Tushar Hiranandani’s ‘Saand Ki Aankh’, is hitting the Box Office in October this year and seems like a Superhit film already. Some other films in her kitty include “Dolly Kitty Aur Woh Chamakte Sitaare”, “Pati, Patni Aur Woh”, “Takht” and “Bala”.
