Ayushmann Khurrana's latest outing 'Dream Girl' hits a century at the box office. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh revealed that the film has minted Rs.101.40 crore.

While three films released this Friday, Ayushmann Khurrana's latest comedy venture 'Dream Girl' still continues to rule the Box office. The film which has hit the theaters on September 13, has been appreciated widely by the audience and critics for its quirky storyline and humorous content.
The film which emerged as Ayushmann Khurrana's biggest opener has now attained yet another remarkable feat by entering the Rs. 100 crore club. Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter on Tuesday, September 24, and revealed that the film has grossed Rs. 101.40 crores on the second week of its release.
Here's the breakdown of 'Dream Girl's collection over the second week:
Friday- Rs. 5.30 crores
Saturday- Rs. 9.10 crores
Sunday- Rs. 11.05 crores
Monday- Rs. 3.75 crores
Total- Rs. 101.40 crores

Meanwhile, as 'Dream Girl' mints over Rs. 100 crore, Ayushmann Khurrana took to social media and shared a video to celebrate the film's box office success. Talking about how Pooja's wit has outwitted the nation, he wrote in the post: "Dream Girl' scores a century! Thank you for this love.'

Dream Girl
The comedy-drama 'Dream Girl' features Ayushmann Khurrana as a Tele-caller who aces his female alter ego Pooja while calling his customers. The film takes interesting turns as his customers eventually fall for him, unaware of his originality and come down to pulling each other's hair. Filmmaker Raaj Shaandilyaa made his directorial debut with 'Dream Girl'. Besides Ayushmann Khurrana, the film also stars Nushrat Bharucha, Annu Kapoor, Manjot Singh, and Vijay Raaz among others in the lead.

Meanwhile, besides 'Dream Girl', Ayushmann Khurrana also has a number of films in the pipeline for release. He will be starring in 'Bala', 'Gulabo Sitabo' and, 'Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan' and all three films are set for a 2020 release.
