Friends star Jennifer Aniston doesn't want to be addicted to Instagram
Jennifer Aniston keeps different mobile phones for office and work to avoid getting hooked to the social media platform; determined to not let it be addictive
Jennifer Aniston's Instagram debut will always be remembered as the tsunami of followers threw the social media platform into a technical glitch. The Friends star posted a photo with all six actors to mark her debut. She has since posted a behind-the-scenes video lauding her “glitchy welcome”, an old childhood photo and another one from a photoshoot all with very interesting and quirky captions. Within 10 days of her Instagram debut, Jennifer Aniston is an influencer already.

Now, with about 16 million followers, Jennifer Aniston has received well over a million likes on her post. She is yet to fully explore other features of Instagram such as stories and highlights. However, Jennifer does not want to make Instagram an addiction as is the case with social media users all over the world, according to her statement in a recent interview. The Friends actor revealed in the interview to an international daily that she has a plan set to not let herself be consumed or distracted by Instagram.
Jennifer Aniston's remedy for Instagram addiction
Jennifer Aniston does not plan to have the addictive app to take over her life. She said that she was hesitant to join Instagram initially as she did not want to be consumed by it. Now that she has joined the platform, Jennifer disclosed that she keeps two separate phones. She has one phone strictly for work and another phone in her office where she can access Instagram. This will help her avoid getting hooked on the internet.
On joining Instagram
The Friends actor admitted that the social media app is fun to explore and seemed to be well-received worldwide and that being able to connect with her fans pleased her. A lot of her friends and co-stars, including her ex-husband Justin Theroux, have dedicated posts on her Instagram debut. Jennifer feels that Instagram is a great platform for users to get creative and have fun in general.
