Fukrey 3: Pankaj Tripathi shakes a leg in new song Ve Fukrey with Pulkit Samrat and cast

The makers of Fukrey 3 released the film's first song, Ve Fukrey, on Monday. The music video shows the film's ensemble cast shaking a leg to the party anthem. Most notable in the video is Pankaj Tripathi, not really known to be much of a dancer, busting out some dance moves.

• Fukrey 3 will feature the entire ensemble cast from the franchise returning to reprise their roles, sans Ali Fazal.

Fukrey 3's first song is a party anthem

The music video for Fukrey 3's first song - Ve Fukrey, is now out. Sung by Dev Negi and Asees Kaur, the track has been worded by Shabbir Ahmed. While Tanishk Bagchi has composed the song, Bosco Martis has choreographed it.

Ve Fukrey goes a long way in setting the tone for the film with the trailer, which promises to deliver on the slapstick brand of cinema, the franchise has grown to be known for. Most notable in the music video is Pankaj Tripathi busting out into a dance alongside the ensemble cast of the film -- starring Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma and Manjot Singh. Tripathi is known to not be much of a dancer which makes his performance in the music video, all the more special.

Ali Fazal will not be returning to reprise his role

Ali Fazal was part of the first Fukrey film which released in 2013 - he essayed the role of Zafar. Fazal came back for the franchise's second installment which released in 2017, to reprise his role. Fazal, however, is not a part of Fukrey 3. In January of this year, the actor informed his fans that due to scheduling conflicts between Fukrey 3 and his show Mirzapur, he would not be able to return as Zafar for Fukrey 3.
