After Kambakkht Ishq and Gabbar is Back, Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor have reunited for Good Newwz. This film will be the directorial debut of Raj Mehta. All set to hit the screens this December, here is what Akshay Kumar has to say about his co-actor.

Even though they haven’t worked in many films together, the duo has kept in touch off camera. Akshay shares a good equation with Kareena and her sister, Karishma Kapoor. In an interview, when Akshay was asked about their bond, he replied that whenever they meet, it is always at some award show or film sets, but throughout it all, their bond has remained the same. He also added that Bebo and Lolo tease him about the money he makes and in return he teases them for having a flat in every building in Bandra. He concluded saying that this teasing is their fun banter.
Kareena Kapoor was also all praise for Akshay when she was asked about her experience of working with the actor. She said that Akshay is one of the most dedicated and disciplined stars in the industry. Since the duo had not worked together for the longest time, she further added that she is very excited about working with him for Good Newwz. She also joked that since Akshay does not waste any time, they get to wrap up their shoots quickly so that Bebo can go home and spend time with her son, Taimur.
Good Newwz is slated to release on December 27, 2019. The film also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani in leading roles. The film’s plot revolves around the topic of surrogacy. Rumour has it that Taimur Ali Khan will be making his Bollywood debut with this one.
