Good Newwz will star Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor, two actors who have not shared the big screen for a decade. What will be their relationship in film?

Akshay Kumar will next be seen in the upcoming comedy-drama, Good Newwz. The movie is all set to release on December 27, 2019, and will be the directorial debut of Raj Mehta. The movie will feature superstar Akshay Kumar in the lead role and will also include Kareena Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh in important roles.

Fans of the two actors are excited to see the two of them together on screen after a decade. The chemistry between the two actors is undeniable and every time the two were in romantic roles, they never failed to engross the audience with their relationship. However, recent reports suggested that the two actors would not be romancing each other in Good Newwz.
The rumours stated that Kareena would not be playing Akshay's wife in Good Newwz and the role would instead be played by the Golmaal Returns actor Anjana Sukhani. But now, new reports have been given by an entertainment portal that suggests that Kareena will indeed be playing the role of Akshay's wife. Anjana Sukhani will apparently be playing the role of Akshay's sister in the film and not his wife. However, this is still a report from a source of the entertainment portal and has not yet been officially verified.
Good Newwz will tell the story of two couples who are trying to conceive using In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). The movie is produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions as well Akshay Kumar's own production company, Cape of Good Films. The film was first set to release on September 6, 2019, but was later pushed to November 29, 2019. The movie was once again pushed forward to its current release date due to internal production issues. No promotional material for Good Newwz has been revealed as of now but its trailer is reported to be released on November 18, 2019.
