Harshvardhan Kapoor's 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero' Receives Great Response On Netflix

Harshvardhan Kapoor who recently attended the Neuchatel Film Festival in South Korea for the special screening of his film 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero' has been inundated with messages from fans all over the world. The film has now premiered on online streaming giant Netflix and continues to receive love from the audience.

When 'Bhavesh Joshi Superhero' released in India, the critics and trade analysts were all praise for the young actor's performance in the vigilante drama and the reception it received on the world's leading platform for TV shows and movies was no different. Many of his fans including comic books, superhero fans cinephiles were talking highly about the film.

The actor also had company at the cinema as his elder sister Sonam's movie 'Veere Di Wedding' released around the same time. This one was a superhero flick, while the latter was a story of friends and had a stronger underlying message. Helmed by Shashanka Ghosh the film also starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania. The movie put up a stellar performance at the box office

Harshvardhan Kapoor's timelines across his social media platforms have been flooded with praise from fans across the globe, a risk that paid off for the actor who has always chosen to take the road less travelled. He made an unconventional debut with 'Mirzya', later proving his versatility by pulling off a heroic role in the superhero entertainer.

The actor said,

"Overwhelmed .. I feel like the film has released now .. the kind of response and traction I’ve seen in the last 2 days I didn’t see during the entirety of the theatrical run ... when it came out in cinemas most people that saw it really loved it but the numbers were small I knew in my heart that digital would be a great platform but I don’t expect it to be so overwhelmingly positive."
