Housefull 4: Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol's quirky looks

‘Housefull’ is a journey that began almost a decade ago, but only two actors from the main cast survived amid the multitude of changes in the casting over four installments. The franchise is synonymous with Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh and fittingly, their looks were the first to hit social media as ‘Housefull 4’ gears up for release. In a break from the usual plot, the latest installment of the franchise is a reincarnation comedy, and first posters feature looks from both 1419 and 2019. With Akshay Kumar’s look as a warrior and Riteish Deshmukh’s one as a dancer, along with their present-day looks, or their names, the movie promises a fun-filled ride. The latest companion for the duo is Bobby Deol, who also plays a warrior in the movie.

Past vs Present 

Akshay Kumar’s look as a bald man had leaked many months ago, but his look as ‘Bala Shaitan Ka Saala’ still piqued our curiosity.   

Sharing his look, Akshay Kumar wrote, “Miliye 1419 ke Rajkumar Bala aur 2019 ke London return Harry se! Witness how they embark upon this journey of ultimate chaos, confusion and madness...”

Riteish Deshmukh’s ‘Nartaki Bangdu Maharaj’ seemed like a representation of a classical dancer. “Dekhiye ek kahani jo shuru hui thi 1419 mein, magar khatam hogi in 2019. Meet Bangdu and Roy who’re all set to take you on the crazy, chaotic ride of #Housefull4,” Akshay introduced Riteish’s character. 

Bobby also plays a warrior and is seen with a heavy vest and a sword. Akshay described his 'Angarakshak Dharamputra' character: "Miliye bahaduri aur sahas ki misaal, Dharamputra se! Aur dekhiye kaise Dharam banta hai Max in this journey back in time with #Housefull4.”

Other members of the cast 

It’d be interesting to see how the looks of the leading ladies, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda and Pooja Hegde would be. The other male members of the cast include Chunky Panday, who is the only constant from the first installment, and Rana Daggubati. 

‘Housefull 4’ is directed by Farhad Samji and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Fox Star India. The film hits the theatres on Diwali 2019.
