One of the most anticipated comedies of this year is Housefull 4. The fourth installment in the Housefull franchise just had its trailer launch on Friday. Housefull 4 features the franchise regulars Akshay Kumar, Ritiesh Deshmukh, and Chunky Pandey, along with new entrants Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde, and Kriti Kharbanda. The film's promotional campaign began a few days back with the character posters being unveiled. The excitement has been sky-high amongst the fans.

The film is touted as an epic reincarnation comedy, set in Rajasthan of 1419 and London of 2019. Akshay Kumar unveiled the motion poster of the film on his social media platforms, which sent netizens into a frenzy. The character posters gave netizens an interesting idea on the setting of the film's story. As the promotions will move forward, there are some interesting things that will happen. Akshay Kumar will reportedly rap a song for Housefull 4's promotion. The unique idea is being praised by the fans for its innovation and creativity. The Awara Pagal Deewana actor has rapped for a few of his earlier films, too. These films include Singh Is Kingg, It's Entertainment, and Special 26.

What's next for Akshay Kumar?

Post the release of Housefull 4, Akshay Kumar has an interesting slate of films lined up. He will appear with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Kiara Advani in the film Good Newws, which will release on December 2019. Filmgoers are eagerly awaiting his collaboration with Rohit Shetty in Sooryavanshi which will release on March 2020. Sooryavanshi will see Akshay reunite with Katrina Kaif after 10 years. For Eid 2020, Akshay will return with the horror-comedy Laxmmi Bomb, opposite Kiara Advani, while Christmas 2020 will see him in the lead role for Bachchan Pandey. Akshay will also team up with Yash Raj Films for the biopic on Prithviraj Chauhan, which is slated for release on Diwali 2020. Interestingly, Akshay will make his debut in the web series space with his collaboration with Amazon Prime Video.
