It was an amalgamation of music, amp, and glamour, as members of the film fraternity gathered today to celebrate the pre-event of IIFA 20th homecoming edition, also known as IIFA Rocks. The fun evening saw stunning performances from Dhvani Bhanushali, Amit Trivedi, Neha Kakkar, and many others and gracing the occasion were B-town celebrities in the likes of Arjun Rampal, Gabriella Demetriades, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Rakul Preet, with Ali Fazal and Radhika Apte hosting the show.

IIFA 2019 nominations:
Sriram Raghavan's National Award-winning thriller 'Andhadhun' is leading the nominations at the upcoming International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, including best film and director.The Award show announced its 11 Popular Category nominations for the 20th edition of the awards, being hosted for the first time in India. According to a statement, the wacky crime-thriller-comedy has amassed 13 nominations, which also includes best actor male and female for Ayushmann Khurrana and Tabu.
Other films which also got best picture and direction nods include Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmaavat' and Meghna Gulzar's 'Raazi' with 10 nominations each, followed by Rajkumar Hirani's 'Sanju' with seven nods and another National Award winner, Amit Sharma's "Badhaai Ho!" with six. The nominees for best actor in a leading role (female) include Alia Bhatt for "Raazi", Deepika Padukone for 'Padmaavat', Neena Gupta for 'Badhaai Ho!' and Rani Mukerji for 'Hichki'.

The IIFA Awards started in London in 2000 and over 20 years it has traveled through 12 countries. This year, the star-studded award ceremony will witness some stellar performances by a host of celebrities including Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Ranveer Singh, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal and newbie Sara Ali Khan. The prestigious award night will be broadcasted on Colors Viacom18 for the fifth consecutive year.
