Janhvi Kapoor's birthday wish for sister Khushi Kapoor is 'love'

Khushi Kapoor who is currently in New York for her college turned a year older on Tuesday and her doting sister and actress Janhvi Kapoor took to her Instagram handle to wish her 'lifeline' with adorable and cute pictures of them together. There is a video too where Janhvi is singing a birthday song for Khushi and in another birthday girl, Khushi is giving her a piggyback. Janhvi in an interview spoke about their sibling bond and said: “We share our clothes, but we have this thing that if you steal without telling, then it’s a thing. At this point, I don’t care. She still like... She’s very righteous, so she is like, ‘You cannot take something without asking.’ She feels like she needs to inculcate manners in me. So that’s where it’s coming from.” Talking about Khush's Bollywood dream, Janhvi revealed: “Yes, Khushi says she wants to get into modelling. Pehle, she wanted to become a doctor. Phir doctor se lawyer and now it's modelling. So, I am waiting for the shock to happen.”

Work Front

Khusi is yet to make her on-screen appearance, but she is quite a known name in the industry owing to her style sense. In fact, she has been featured as a model by several ace designers including Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla and Manish Malhotra. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Janhvi who made her debut with Karan Johar's romantic saga 'Dhadak' will also be starring in his upcoming war-epic drama 'Takht'. In the film, she will be sharing screen space with uncle Anil Kapoor for the first time. Besides the niece and uncle pair, the multi-starrer venture also stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, and Bhumi Pednekar. On the other hand, she will also take up the lead role in Gunjan Saxena biopic which is currently in making.
