Finally, in Belgium, the film was the biggest opener in 2019 and collected $170, 000 (about ₹1.2 cr).

The film released in the US on October 4. The threat of attacks due to the violent content of the film was reduced to minimal pranks on the street and a few cardboard signs. The negative publicity of the film regarding its violent content turned out to be a crowd puller. Joker received its tenth-biggest opening in India. On day one, the film had a decent opening of 4 cr. The second day of the film saw a dip. The film managed to collected ₹2 cr on Thursday. On Friday, Joker received ₹1.75 cr in its box-office collections. The weekend turned up and the film collected ₹2.25 cr.
