Kangana Ranaut supports new talent by starting Manikarnika Films

The popular star, Kangana Ranaut is an Indian actor who is famous for her diverse movies. The star was recently seen in her latest project, Judgementall Hai Kya, alongside Rajkummar Rao. The movie was released earlier this year. The film was not a huge success at the box office but the cast did a great job at portraying the characters of the film. Kangana has shown interest in staying behind the camera and has tried her hand at direction with Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. Reportedly, she is now interested in opening her own production house under the name of Manikarnika Films.

Kangana's view on starting Manikarnika Films. 

Kangana has shown interest in building up a new production house which will be supporting and backing films with small budgets. The star has confirmed that she has already started reading some scripts which have potential to do well. She also added that she will not be acting in any films under her own production label but would be giving a chance to some new talents waiting to get a break in the film industry. Her production office will be ready by January 2020 and will be located somewhere near Khar, Mumbai. But before forming her base in the production part of the film, she will be seen playing a role in Ashwini Iyer Tiwary's sports drama Panga and Rajneesh 'Razy' Ghai's action thriller Dhaakad. Here are some of her upcoming movies.

Kangana on Judgementall Hai Kya

The actress thinks if Judgementall Hai Kya was made without her on a budget of Rs 10 crore, it would have been a blockbuster. However, because it was made at nearly Rs 30 crore, it just managed to get back the invested money. She shows interest in producing small level films. She said that eventually, she may do something on a bigger level and venture into digital entertainment. When asked if she would be acting in the films that she produces her response was that there is a lot of talent around. She wants to give an opportunity for new budding talent to surface.
