Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the most popular actors Bollywood has today. Since her debut in Nazneen Ahmed’s Refugee in 2000, Kareena has always managed to stay at the top of her game. Kareena Kapoor Khan was last seen in Shashanka Ghosh’s Veere Di Wedding. The film also starred Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shika Talsania in lead roles. Here are her upcoming films which we cannot wait for.

1. Good Newwz

Kareena Kapoor will be seen next in Raj Mehta’s Good Newwz. The film also stars Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh in lead roles. The film is reportedly based on the subject of surrogacy. The film is being bankrolled by Dharma Productions. Good Newwz is slated to release on December 27, 2019. Kareena will be seen opposite Akshay Kumar for the second time after Kambakkht Ishq.

2. Angrezi Medium

Angrezi Medium is the sequel of the 2017 hit film, Hindi Medium. The film was a huge hit and garnered positive responses from audiences as well as critics. The film stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Irrfan Khan in pivotal roles. Kareena will be sporting shoulder-length hair for the first time in the film. She will be playing the role of a cop in Angrezi Medium. The film is expected to release in March 2020.

3. Takht

Kareena Kapoor is all set to star in Karan Johar’s next, Takht. The film has an ensemble cast of Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Janhvi Kapoor. The film is a family saga set in the Mughal era. Takht revolves around the story of one brother being betrayed by another. The film is yet to go on the floors. It is expected to be released by the end of 2020.

4. Laal Singh Chaddha

The film is the remake of 1994 Academy Award-winning film, Forest Gump. The film stars Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in lead roles. The film is being directed by Advait Chandan and traces the story of a man with a low intelligence quotient. The film will mark the third time Kareena is collaborating with Aamir after 3 Idiots and Talaash.

Apart from these, there have also been reports suggesting a sequel to 2018 hit flick Veere Di Wedding to be in the pipeline. Fans are also awaiting confirmation on reports that are doing the rounds about Kareena starring in a television series based on her Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham character, 'Poo'. A sequel to her 2004 hit romantic-comedy film, Hulchul is also in the talks. All in all, one can be rest assured that Kareena Kapoor Khan fans are in for a treat with the list of her upcoming movies.
