Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are one of the most desirable pairs of Bollywood. Over the years, speculations have been rife that there is definitely something brewing between the two but there has been no confirmation as such. In a recent media event, Katrina Kaif addressed the link-up rumours with Salman Khan and stated that there are nothing more than 'friends'.

Dishing out details, the 'Bharat' star stated that she and Salman share a strong friendship that has lasted for over 16 years. Praising Khan, she claimed that he is a 'true friend' and a 'solid person'.

Katrina Kaif who last appeared in 'Bharat' alongside Salman Khan is now all set to star in Rohit Shetty's 'Sooryanvanshi'. The upcoming film is a cop drama, which will star Akshay Kumar in the lead as police officer Veer Sooryavanshi. For the uninitiated, it will mark an epic reunion of Katrina Kaif and Akshay Kumar after their 2010 film 'Tees Maar Khan'.
