Actor Katrina Kaif was last seen as Kumud Mishra in Bharat. The movie, starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif as lead actors, was a great success according to box office reports in India. Months after the release of Bharat, the actor started working on her next movie. The film, titled Sooryavanshi, will star Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead. Sooryavanshi is the latest film in Rohit Shetty's cop universe. The highly-anticipated movie is up for release on March 27, 2020. The makers have not divulged any details about the secondary cast or the storyline. But, the director released a BTS video from the sets of the film. Meanwhile, there are speculations that Katrina will soon begin shooting for the sequel of her 2010 hit movie Rajneeti. Reportedly, the movie will also have Ranbir Kapoor alongside Katrina Kaif. The original film features Arjun Rampal and Ajay Devgn too alongside Ranbir and Katrina. A lot of fans have been eagerly waiting for the makers to provide more details about the film.
