Katrina Kaif has never shied away from flaunting her perfectly toned body. She is known for maintaining a strict workout regime. Here is her workout regime.
Katrina Kaif has always been admired for her fitness. She is known for having a lean body and flaunting her abs on the silver screen. Alia Bhatt in an interview with a media portal said that Katrina Kaif is always seen at the gym, pushing her limits farther away each day. She is very strict about her diet and never fails to make time for workout. Katrina’s personal trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala, a celebrity trainer, told a leading media portal that Katrina loves to take up challenges and is always able to finish all her workout routines. She keeps her diet clean to help herself maintain that body. Katrina does not have one set of exercise regimes. She mixes and adds new workout plans for better results.
Yoga
At the beginning of Katrina’s acting career, she was a big fan of yoga. She used to do yoga and weight training every day. Even today, she religiously does yoga and weight training to keep her agility and flexibility in order.
Pilates
Pilates is a form of workout which tries to relax muscles which are tense and provide strength to them. As reported by media portals, Katrina too loves doing Pilates. This helps her increase her flexibility and do the dance moves she is famous for.
Cardio and functional training
To maintain a perfectly toned body that Katrina has, she does cardio and functional training as well. Her workouts also include a mix of squats, push-ups, lunges, TRX, Bosu ball, and Kettlebells.
The actor is regularly seen updating her Instagram account with her workout videos and photographs. She is always motivating her fans and co-stars to sweat it out and stay fit. Her personal trainer, in an interview, with a leading media portal said that Katrina, even when she is busy with shoots, does not fail to workout. And when she is in town, she commits to exercising every day for at least one to three hours.
