The Sacred Games actor revealed that he had to grow his hair for the film. He further added that this proved to be troublesome for him as he had to shoot in some extreme humid weather conditions in Rajasthan. Saif also went on to say that it took him between 40 minutes to two hours to get his hair and makeup done for the role. Speaking about his Naga Sadhu character from the film, Saif revealed that the character is an animal at heart and a flat-footed wild fellow. Saif Ali Khan has managed to showcase his versatility in films like Omkara and Kaalakandi where he had undergone a tremendous transformation for his roles. The film Laal Kaptaan is helmed by Navdeep Singh. The film is slated to be released on October 18, 2019. The film will also have a cameo performance by Sonakshi Sinha.
