Rajkummar Rao has aced various roles from being a shopkeeper, tailor, to an aspiring filmmaker. He has done it all. Rao has now rocked the role of a Gujarati businessman in his recently released movie Made In China opposite Mouni Roy. After earning praises for his stellar performance in Judgementall Hai Kya, the actor is on a roll with his new movie. Made in China focuses on promoting sex education amongst masses. The film reveals what jugaad do they opt for educating people.
Made In China: Fourth- day box office collection
The comedy movie features Rajkummar Rao and Mouni Roy in lead roles. Made In China witnessed slow growth on the day of release. But it increased massively and showed huge earnings on the fourth day. The movie earned about ₹2.75 crores on Monday, which brings its total collection to ₹6.5 crores, according to the Box Office India.
Saand Ki Aankh: Fourth-day box office collection
As per box office collection of Made In China, its total business looks better than that of Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Saand Ki Aankh. The film based on sharpshooters made about ₹5.66 crores as on Monday. According to the trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Saand Ki Aankh also started slow yet picked up the pace later on.
Housefull 4: Fourth-day box office collection
While on the other hand, Akshay Kumar’s comedy-drama Housefull 4 has secured the top spot amongst other movies. Despite average views from the critics, this movie earned approximately ₹34.65 crores on Monday and a total of ₹87.8 crores till that day in its collection. Housefull 4 entered ₹100 crore club on its 5th day.
Rajkummar Rao and Mouni Roy's first film together
Rajkummar Rao and Mouni Roy shared the screen space for the first time in Made In China. Roy was last seen in sports drama Gold opposite Akshay Kumar, which was also her Bollywood debut movie. While Made In China aims to leave an impact on the audience’s mind by imparting the seed of sex education and often raising this topic.
