Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Sunny Leone bond big time as they collaborate

Sunny Leone might not have featured in a full-fledged role on the big screen of late, but the actress ensures that her fans are not disappointed. That’s the reason the actor is seen in numerous appearances, be it cameos or special features in songs. She is all set to make her appearance in another such number, and this time, she will dance alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The duo recently shot for a music video for the movie ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor’, and even their outfits and chemistry, apart from their unusual pairing, was interesting to see.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sunny Leone shot for a promotional track for ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor’ in Mumbai on Thursday. While Sunny grabbed eyeballs in a red saree with frills, and a shiny blouse, Nawazuddin Siddiqui's black and white ensemble filled with designs and shimmer, complemented her style well. The duo even had some fun while posing for the cameras, as Sunny even held the ‘Sacred Games’ star’s shiny locket and laughed.

Earlier, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sunny Leone had worked in the same film, ‘Raees’, but they didn’t share screen space, as the latter had only featured in the track ‘Laila’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan. 

Nawazuddin, who started as a ‘serious’ actor, got to display his grooves for the first time in the movie ‘Munna Michael’ opposite Tiger Shroff.

In ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor’, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is paired opposite Athiya Shetty. The shooting of the film has been completed last December, when the wrap was celebrated with fanfare. There is no clarity yet on the release date. The makers would definitely hope that this track manages to create good buzz for the movie. 

Professional front

Meanwhile, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of the busiest actors in Bollywood right now. The actor featured in ‘Sacred Games’ season 2 earlier this year. The teaser of his ‘Bole Chudiyan’ opposite Tamannaah Bhatia was also unveiled on Thursday. He was seen briefly in the trailer of ‘Housefull 4’ that was released on Friday. He is also doing a film to be directed by Tannishtha Chatterjee. 

Sunny Leone featured in the three seasons of the web drama based on her life, ‘Karenjit Kaur: The Untold Story of Sunny Leone’. She also featured as a judge on MTV’s reality show ‘Splitsvilla.’ A multilingual South film titled ‘Veeramadevi’ is set to be her next full-fledged movie.
