Pagalpanti, an Anees Bazmee film, reportedly releasing in the second half of December 2019, is making headlines again for its latest addition Pulkit Samrat. According to IMDb, his character will be named ‘Chandu’. Comedy movie Pagalpanti is loaded with A-listers like John Abraham, Anil Kapoor, Ileana D’Cruz, Urvashi Rautela, Arshad Warsi and so on. With their latest additions Pulkit and Kriti, it will be interesting to see how they will contribute to the storyline.

Pulkit Sharma latest addition to the cast 

Pulkit Samrat as we have previously seen:

Previously seen in movies like Veerey ki Wedding, Fukrey and Fukrey Returns, Pulkit will be seen sharing the screen space with Kriti Kharbanda, whom he romanced with in Veerey Ki Wedding. It is not precisely known if she will be his love interest in this movie as well. However, will Pulkit be able to justify the satirical role differently this time? As it is his forte and is seen appearing with such roles time and again. Hopefully, yes!

Pagalpanti, romance and comedy:

The film is largely shot in the aesthetic backdrops of the UK and the audience can expect multiple locations from Mumbai as well. Aneez Bazmee has previously directed movies comedy movies like Singh is King, Welcome; Pagalpanti is seemingly on similar lines. According to reports, it is said that the movie plot is based upon Indian tourists visiting the said country and then executing acts of patriotism. The movie is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Kumar Mangat and Abhishek Pathak. Aneez is also reportedly remaking two Bollywood blockbuster songs from the 1990s from the film Chaalbaaz which is titled as ‘Tera Bimaar Mera Dil'. John and Ileana will be seen doing the execution in the romantic spin-off the hit song.
