Panipat: Netizens draw comparisons of Sanjay Dutt's look with Ranveer

Panipat starring Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon's trailer was released yesterday. The film is based on the war of Panipat and is a historical drama helmed by Aashutosh Gowarikar. Arjun Kapoor is playing the role of Sadashiv Rao Bhau, Kriti Sanon is playing the role of Parvati Bai and Sanjay Dutt is playing the role of Ahmad Shah Abdali.

The trailer of the film is currently trending on YouTube and gained a viewership of more than 21 million within 24 hours of being released. The trailer is garnering a lot of appreciation from everyone online. However, the film is also getting backlash online as Twitterati were quick to draw comparisons between the looks of the actors from Panipat to that of Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. Sanjay Dutt's look from the film is being compared with Ranveer Singh's from the film Padmaavat.
