Prabhas to essay the role of a palm reader in his next film 'Jaan'

After the success of the much-anticipated movie, Saaho, Prabhas is all set to prep for his next romantic drama film. Reports suggest that he will act in Radha Krishna’s next project and that the film is to be titled, Jaan. The film will be a romantic period drama. Pooja Hegde will be starring alongside Prabhas. However, the film was delayed due to Prabhas’ other commitments. It is speculated that Jaan will be shot across various locations outside India. About the film Reportedly, Prabhas will be sporting a lean look for the film. The actor is required to have a toned body for his character. Hence, he has been on a strict diet plan and workout schedule. The film will be set in the 70’s. This will be the first time the audience will see Prabhas in such a role. The movie will be shifting from the past to present frequently. Both the lead actors, Prabhas and Pooja Hegde were asked to attend a workshop on palm reading in Mumbai before starting the shoot for Jaan. It was revealed by Pooja in an interview that they will be seen attempting some unique action and music sequences for the film. There have been reports suggesting veteran Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu will play the antagonist in the film.
