Priyanka Chopra is hands down a global superstar who has been in the Hindi film industry for more than a decade and is not only an actor but also a model, singer, and a philanthropist. Priyanka has garnered appreciation for her acting skills not only from her Bollywood audience but also from global audiences too. Till date, she has been a part of more than 50 movies including documentaries. She also collaborated with iconic singers like Pit Bull and Will.i.am for the music singles Exotic and In My City respectively. She along with her mother started a production house named Purple Pebble Pictures wherein they produce multiple movies that support and encourage new talents and give them a platform to develop as actors.
Priyanka recently made a comeback in Bollywood after three years with the movie titled The Sky is Pink alongside Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Suresh Saraf. The movie garnered a lot of appreciation and was loved by the critics. It also received a standing ovation for 10 mins at the Toronto International Film Festival 2019. The Sky is Pink could not perform well at the box office as it did not do the numbers.
Priyanka Chopra's upcoming Projects:
Priyanka teamed up with sister Parineeti Chopra for the film Frozen 2. Both Priyanka and Pareeniti are roped for dubbing the movie in Hindi. They will lend their voices to the characters Anna and Elsa. Elsa's role will be voiced by Priyanka while Anna's role will be voice by Parineeti. Priyanka also recently partnered with the NBA about which she posted on her Instagram handle. PeeCee along with her team promoted her film The Sky is Pink at the NBA India Games too. In Bollywood, Priyanka is rumoured to be roped for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next Hira Mandi which is expected to release in 2020.
