Rajkummar Rao on No Filter Neha Season 4: The top revelations

Popular Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao was the latest to join Neha Dhupia on her chat show, No Filter Neha Season 4. Neha shared a video on her Instagram as she announced him as the latest actor to be grilled by her spicy questions. Check out the video here:

No Filter Neha - Top revelations made by Rajkummar Rao

While it is no secret that megastar Shahrukh Khan had been a huge inspiration for Rajkummar Rao to become a film star, the actor spoke about how he has huge regard for the veteran Khan and his desire to always meet him in person. On No Filter Neha, he opened up on his maiden encounter with Shahrukh Khan that he had at the Mehboob Studios in Bandra.

Rajkummar Rao also revealed how he would stand outside his Mannat residence for about 6-7 hours in hopes of getting a glimpse of his favourite actor. He saw Gauri, though, and felt very happy, he added. This was back when he first came to Bombay. He finally got to meet Shahrukh when they were both shooting at Mehboob. Speaking of the encounter, Rao mentioned that the actor was very sweet and in fact, knew almost everything Rao which made him feel very special. This made him an even bigger fan of Shahrukh Khan.

On the show, Rajkummar Rao also spoke about seeking his parent's permission for doing nude scenes. Rajkummar, who made his Hindi film debut in Love Sex Aur Dhoka, has acted in several other movies and was also given nude scenes. Speaking of the scenes, he recalled the time when he first spoke to his family about doing such scenes in a movie and how his family was cool with it.

On the work front

Rajkummar Rao has been in the news lately for his film Made in China where he stars alongside Mouni Roy in the lead. As for his upcoming projects, the actor will be next seen in Roohi Afza where he stars opposite Shraddha Kapoor and Turram Khan which also features Nushrat Bharucha. Both films are slated to release next year.
