Early life & Education

He received his formal education from Mahim’s ‘Bombay Scottish School’ and later pursued acting from Lee Strasburg Theatre and Film Institute. This film institute has been school to the famous actor Al Pacino, who also happens to be Ranbir’s favourite actor. As a kid, Ranbir loved to play football and ever since has been a devoted fan of the game. As per various media reports, he supports ‘FC Barcelona’ and a huge fan of the football club. Lately, his love for football has been seen through his interest in the Indian soccer scene. He co-owns Mumbai City FC, a football club present in the Indian Soccer League.

Personal Life

In his personal time, Ranbir likes to play video games, in an interview Ranbir has claimed that he plays a lot of video games. He says he loves to play FIFA on his Xbox or PS4. The 36-year-old actor owns a bachelor pad in Pali hill worth 35 crores. This home was designed by Gauri Khan, who later posted pics of Ranbir’s home on the internet. Besides that, he owns two Audi cars, a range rover and a Mercedes G63.

According to close aides of the Kapoor family, Ranbir is extremely attached to his mother. He loves his father very much and says that his father has been his favourite actor and has learnt a lot from him.

Besides his lifestyle, Ranbir is an extremely down to earth kind of guy, and he doesn’t mind meeting up with his fans. Recently he celebrated his birthday with fans who bought him a cake. He went down to cut the cake and celebrated his birthday with them. He was last seen in Sanju, a movie that impressed critics and audiences. After having a slight downslope, Sanju proved to be his biggest lift. He was praised for his acting ability and how he embodied the character of Sanjay Dutt. He is now expected to star in Brahmastra or Shamshera.
